Non-Executive Board Member
Available to serve as non-executive board member on the board of organizations whereby SC Management and Advisory Solutions finds strategic resonance and where SC Management and Advisory Solutions can provide real value to the particular organization(s). Our contributions are to be aligned to our skillsets and services could extend to serve on board sub-committees and where needed, other oversight/ support structures.
Executive Board Member (CEO Support)
This service is offered to organizations and is subject to the endorsement of the serving Board and shareholders. The service is handled on a support basis offered on a retainer basis agreed for a set term. SC Management and Advisory Solutions takes up a coaching role and refrain from become operationally involved as far as possible.
Risk Management (King IV Based)
A full suite of risk management services is offered. These services include risk analysis, risk categorization, risk mitigating plans, etc. and endeavors to assist our client’s Chief Risk Officer with specific advice and/ or direct involvement where required. SC Management and Advisory Solutions, through its networks, would be able to arrange King IV training on best practice risk management practices. SC Management and Advisory Solutions are also be able serve on the Internal Risk Committee where required by our clients.
Compliance Audits
Compliance audits are offered to provide impartiality and the necessary assurance to management. In this regard, SC Management and Advisory Solutions would be able to develop a full set of compliance criteria prior to audits as well as a full report post the audits.

Advice on good corporate governance practices which could include training.
