Performance Management (System Development & Implementation)
Developing a robust performance management system for the organization based on best practices models available. SC Management and Advisory Solutions would not only propose a performance management system but would also be keen to assist in implementing the system across all divisions, functions, etc. In addition, we would be able to assist with refining the system after some period of implementation and can assist with independent opinions on performance in case of disputes.
Job Descriptions (Development)
Alignment of job functions to the objectives of the business and its strategy. The service includes an analysis and recommendations of the preferred job level(s) based on experience and sound theoretical models. SC Management and Advisory Solutions would be able to guide senior managers on developing outcome-based job descriptions which are clear, understandable, and motivating to their team members/ sub-ordinates.
Recruitment Support (Job Interviews, Independent Panel Member, Best Practice Assessment Tools)
The ability to attract the desired candidates for new positions are by no means an easy task. Job interviews can be quite deceiving unless proper competency-based interviews are conducted by a competent and experienced interview panel. SC Management and Advisory Solutions would not only be able to serve on such panel(s) but would be prepared to develop interview questionnaires, appropriate case studies pending the job level and complexity of the position and would be keen to assist in chairing the interview process. In addition, we would be able to advise on additional battery of tests and in the process recommend specific service providers/ experts to perform such tests independently.
Conflict Resolution
SC Management and Advisory Solutions would be available to fulfil a mediating role in conflict situations, however arbitration is not offered. Moreover, we would be keen to provide advice on how to overcome conflict situations, internal conflict amongst employees, and guidance on facilitating tough and uncomfortable conversations with clients and/ or key stakeholders.
Assessments (SAQA Accreditation based)
Specific SETA accredited modules and learning areas would form part of our menu of services as from 2024. These services would include both Agri-Services, to some degree technical of nature, as well as assessments on business management and related competencies. Moderation services would be offered from the year 2025.
