Organizational Culture Transformation
SC Management and Advisory Solutions are able to transform the organizational culture based on specific needs. The process includes conducting relevant and applicable surveys (”dipstick” tests) in ascertaining how employees experience the culture within the business. The process includes facilitation of group- and/ or individual sessions and aims to agree on a set of values and norms which would be at the heart of shaping the company culture going forward.
Leadership Development (Corporate)
This service is aimed at enhancing the leadership philosophy within the business. Values-based leadership principles and the client’s preferred leadership styles are considered however this service targets the desired traits and behaviors to support the type of leadership envisaged. This service offering could be in various forms and might include hands-on partnering with senior management and teams to transform the leadership impact in the business.
Personal Leadership Development (Mentoring)
Mentoring services are offered to individuals who are in junior- or middle management levels. The focus is on providing guidance to the individual(s) in developing effectively to perform specific roles competently and confidently.
Senior Management Development (Executive Coaching)
A coaching approach is preferred on senior management level. This would entail focused coaching conversations with senior managers on an individual level. The idea is that the coaches find their own solutions guided by an experienced professional who has travelled the “road” before.
