Analyzing current organizational (business) strategy based on best practice guidelines for strategy, its impetus on business deliverables and its successes to date. The business strategy is further analyzed from a two-way integrated (top-bottom-top) perspective in ascertaining to what degree. functional strategies are aligned to the business strategy, including key performance areas, indicators, etc.

Strategic Development

Developing the organizational strategy in conjunction with the Board and/ or Senior/ Executive management. This service includes facilitation of the strategy development process which involve pre-work and group sessions, encompassing in-depth critical thinking on the most pertinent business imperatives. Ultimately, the strategy development process targets a realistic vision and a compelling value proposition, a process based on learned best practice models. The strategy development process includes a litmus test on its potential impact and set realistic goals and objectives within the context of the business’s contemporary status, its operating environment and its current strategy.

Strategic Sessions (Facilitation)

Facilitation of the strategy development process in group format, write-up of the strategy workshop, and formulating the organizational strategy towards practical implementation.
